Job Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Visit assigned clinics as per the schedule provided by the client. Conduct counseling sessions with patients or clients, offering guidance and support as required. Provide information on services, treatment plans, and wellness programs based on the needs of the clinics clientele. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards during counseling sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff and management to ensure effective communication and smooth operation. Record detailed reports and track the progress of counseling sessions. Offer emotional support and provide a listening ear to patients, helping them make informed decisions. Monitor the well-being of clients and escalate cases that require further attention to the relevant medical professionals. Ensure that all services are delivered according to the clients specifications and requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated with the latest counseling techniques and trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Previous experience in counseling or a client-facing role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to empathize and understand clients needs. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
