Role Summary: As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by conducting thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering flawless software. Experience with Veeva Application preferably Commercial Vault Promomats will be plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications and develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on project documentation. Validation of Commercial Deliverables Emailers, Banners, RTEs, iDetailers/IVA (DSPs) etc. Execute test cases to assess deliverables functionality, content, design, links, targets etc to ensure email quality meets standard. Identify and report defects with detailed information for developers to resolve. Having knowledge in automation testing will be plus. Develop and maintain automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency and implement and execute automated test suites as part of the continuous integration process. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Perform Cross Browser and Cross Device Compatibility Testing. Knowledge on UAT and Integration Testing will be an advantage. Document and maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and defects related to Veeva applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements and timelines.
