The PSA Engineer Reliance/SCADA is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems within industrial environments. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity, supporting automation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing security protocols. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with advanced control systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system hardware and software.

Implement upgrades and patches as needed to enhance system functionality and security.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to support automation and process improvement initiatives.

Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.

Experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with network protocols and industrial communication standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
