Customer Care Executive & Data QC Process Business Verification And quality check Job Summary: The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations. The role involves developing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures. The QA works to maintain and improve quality systems to enhance efficiency and product reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and implement quality assurance standards, procedures, and test plans. Conduct manual and/or automated testing to identify software defects or process inefficiencies. Analyze test results and report findings to development, production, or operations teams. Monitor and audit production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Track and manage defects through to resolution, ensuring that fixes meet quality expectations. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and met. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to existing quality frameworks. Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, test data, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.
