Overview: Prudence School, a leading provider of early childhood education, is seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the admissions process for our preschool programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with young children and their families. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for prospective families/parents, providing information on programs, curriculum, and the admissions process. Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and assist with application completion. Coordinate and participate in outreach events and open houses. Maintain accurate records of applications and enrollment status. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in admissions or early childhood education is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
