The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and the ability to make scientific concepts engaging and accessible to young learners. Key Responsibilities Teach Science to primary grade students as per the schools curriculum and academic plan. Develop interactive lesson plans that encourage curiosity, observation, and hands-on learning. Foster an inquiry-based learning environment to help students understand scientific principles. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback. Maintain a positive classroom culture that supports learning and student development. Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into classroom instruction. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities. Collaborate with peers and participate in school initiatives, training, and academic planning. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelors degree in Science or a relevant field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting (preferred). Strong command of English and good communication skills.
