Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging Hindi lesson plans tailored to the curriculum. Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and exams. Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Encourage critical thinking and cultivate a love for the Hindi language. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding academic progress. Organize and conduct activities to promote cultural appreciation of the Hindi language. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies in language instruction. Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development opportunities. Prepare classroom materials and resources for effective teaching. Support students with learning difficulties and provide remedial lessons as needed. Manage classroom behavior and discipline according to school policies. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. Specialization in Hindi language is preferred. Teaching certification required for PRT level. Proven experience as a Hindi teacher or in a similar role. Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to connect with students and foster a supportive atmosphere. Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment. Creativity in lesson planning and delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with technology and digital teaching tools. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in teaching practices. Patience and empathy in dealing with diverse student needs.
