Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Firewalls: - Implementation, configuration and end to end management of Fortigate firewalls (1100E,1000D, 800C, 1240B,2500E and others) in the setup, Static and dynamic routing configuration for IGP (OSPF), Firewall policy configuration, Firewall VIP mapping configuration, Fortigate integration with the Active directory using FSAE (Fortigate service authentication engine), ECMP awareness for equal path load balancing amongst the ISP's, HA configuration, Fortigate virtualization using VDOMs, Wireless controller configuration in Fortigate and managing the Fortinet access points, SSIDs, Implementation of UTM related functioning on Fortigate using webfilters, application control, DNS filter for applying website restriction to internal users and AV and IPS monitor for external traffic, Planning and implementing firewall upgrades based on customer requirements, Forti-Analyser integration for log monitoring and reports. - Proxies: - Bluecoat ASG, Implementation, configuration and management of Bluecoat ASG 400. - Integrating the proxy with Active directory using IWA (integrated web authentication), RADIUS integration for user management, Configuration of various layers for user and admin authentication and applying necessary control level restrictions to the web traffic. - Routers : - Implementation, configuration and end to end management of Cisco 2900, 4300 routers in the internal setup. - Switches:Implementation, configuration and end to end management of Cisco 6500 series, 4500, 3750, 3650 switches and Cisco nexus 5K switches. - Other responsibilities: Fortinet SD-WAN configuration and maintenance. - Network device monitoring using Solarwinds, Cacti and NetFlow analyser, LibraNMS. - Working on CISCO ISE for Network device AD authentication with TACACS, Started Working on F5 BIG IP WAF, Interaction with telecom service providers to resolve circuit problems to resolution. - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Bandwidth utilization reports and monthly MIS reports. - Managing the escalation calls by Analysts and drafting RCA’s for problem incidents. - Working on DHCP Servers for DHCP Scope Creation and Management. - Working on AWS Route53, DNS Made Easy Public DNS Servers to Create DNS records to Publish New Domain, - Sub-Domain over an Internet. Security Gateways Cisco ASA Firewall, Fortinet Firewall and Forcepoint Proxy. - Upgrade of Fortinet VDOM in Cluster, CISCO Nexus Switches 9k,3k Switches and ASR Routers with Minimal downtime. - Objects and directories, Policies creation and administration, User access, control, NAT Fundamentals analysis and management. - Safeguards computer files by performing regular backups of all the Networking Devices and Daily Network Devices Checklist. - Ensures organizational compliance - Cyber security regulations and is the point of contact for technology regulatory compliance. - Performs detailed analysis of vulnerability of the organization’s information technology infrastructure - Assisting other security teams with daily tasks such as access management roles, access reviews, testing & audits. - Worked on Array Load balancer and management of application Host a new server, VIP creation round robin, weighted robin method, Disable Enable Server etc. - Complete solution of Accops VPN Installation on Production as well as Development Envirnoment, from AD level trouble shooting to user level. - ARCON PAM configuration, installation and troubleshooting of all devices on Infrastructure. - Bluecoat / Forcepoint Proxy Server like allow or Blocks URLs, Domains Policies, logs management and upgradations. - Fortinet AP configuration and WLC to allow users Wi-Fi access and add APs Monitoring Backups and central Monitoring analysis on DNAC Solution and ISE Parameter.
