The Surveillance Operator will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, detecting suspicious activities, and engaging in proactive measures to deter crime. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with team members, preparing reports, training on surveillance protocols, providing customer service, and conducting investigations when incidents occur. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Surveillance and Investigation practices Ability to undergo and apply Training for surveillance protocols Attention to detail and ability to work independently Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus
