We are seeking a 3D Printing Application Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Frido (Arcatron Mobility). As a 3D Printing Application Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the highest quality output.

Qualifications and Skills

● 1 to 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining 3D printers, preferably Elastic materials like TPUs.

● Strong knowledge of FDM 3D printing technologies

● Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting

● Proficiency in Slicing software like Ultimaker Cura and Simplify3D.

● Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

● Good understanding of Mechanical Design Principles.

● Fundamentals of Strength of Materials (SOM) and Theory of Machines (TOM)

● Exposure to Manufacturing Processes (Injection moulding, sheet metal, 3D printing, machining, etc.)

● Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, or similar)

● Basic knowledge of prototyping and testing.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Operate and maintain 3D printers, including setting up, calibrating, and adjusting print parameters

● Monitor print jobs to ensure they are completed accurately and within specified timelines

● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process

● Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of 3D printers to ensure optimal performance.

● Manage inventories of 3D printing material and Raw Materials.
