Job Description

Ortho Care is seeking a dedicated and qualified Prosthetist and Orthotist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will assess patients, design, fabricate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices to improve mobility and functionality. The role also includes supporting marketing initiatives by promoting services, participating in outreach activities, and building relationships with referral sources to enhance awareness and patient engagement. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties Assess, prescribe, design, and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of their devices. Monitor patient progress and perform necessary adjustments or modifications. Maintain comprehensive patient records, prescriptions, and follow-up documentation. Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapists, and in-house fabrication teams. Ensure strict adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Marketing & Outreach Promote Ortho Care’s services to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and orthopedic clinics. Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources. Organize and participate in medical camps, workshops, and community awareness programs. Represent Ortho Care at industry conferences, exhibitions, and other events. Contribute to content creation and assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media. Gather and report market insights, trends, and feedback to support strategic planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) from an RCI-recognized institute. Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory. Good communication skills and an empathetic attitude. Basic computer literacy.
