Prosthetist and Orthotist

We are seeking a skilled Prosthetist and Orthotist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, customizing and fitting prosthetic and orthotic devices, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to improve device functionality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in prosthetics and orthotics and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

The key responsibilities are:

1. Engage directly with potential clients (inbound leads, referrals, and website inquiries) to understand their mobility challenges and relevant medical history.

2. Evaluate patient medical records and clinical documentation; conduct remote or in-person assessments to determine eligibility for assistive devices.

3. Fit, customize, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices to ensure optimal comfort, function, and performance.

4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide clinical insights and feedback for the ongoing development and refinement of assistive devices.

5. Participate in clinical trials and pilot programs, documenting outcomes and contributing feedback to improve device usability and patient experience.

6. Conduct on-site assessments, installations, and travel for training sessions at client locations, clinics, or rehabilitation centres.

7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, device fittings, follow-ups, and any device-related issues; coordinate with the engineering team for resolution and improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
