Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Prosthetics and Orthotics Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves promoting and selling prosthetic and orthotic devices to healthcare professionals. The representative will engage with clients, understand their needs, provide detailed product information, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell prosthetic and orthotic devices to healthcare professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, and clinics. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the healthcare sector. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinics. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on product offerings. Offer product demonstrations and educational sessions to clients. Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Provide detailed technical information to clients about prosthetic and orthotic products and their applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in prosthetics and orthotics to offer the best solutions to clients. Market Research & Feedback: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Provide feedback to internal teams about customer preferences and product performance. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including customer support, logistics, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the technical team to address any product-related concerns or custom requirements. Travel & Client Visits: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and attending relevant industry events or conferences. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a strong focus on prosthetics and orthotics. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of prosthetics and orthotics products, their features, and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients. Technical proficiency to provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
