Proposal Writer/ Presales

As a Proposal Writer in the Presales team at Xybion, based in Chennai, India, you will play a crucial role in the lead generation process by reviewing and analyzing RFPs and RFIs to understand product and service requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining, scheduling, and managing the proposal development process to ensure responses are complete and meet all mandatory qualification requirements. - Interpreting detailed requirements accurately, highlighting key areas, and providing appropriate responses aligned with the Company's value proposition. - Creating proposal sections by collating inputs from various stakeholders and writing compelling bid solution responses. - Maintaining a consistent, detail-oriented approach to writing in a factual and convincing manner. - Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines, editing, and revising proposals according to feedback while maintaining version control. - Updating and improving the internal knowledge repository with boilerplate write-ups, key resumes, customer references, and case studies. - Tracking deal status from pipeline to closure and conducting final proofreading of proposals before submission. Desired Profile: - 7+ years of IT Proposal Writing experience (Pharma/Lifesciences/Healthcare experience is a plus). - Ability to quickly understand the Company's service and product offerings along with customers" business requirements. - Customer-centric thinking, excellent communication, and presentation skills. - Strong written and oral English language skills, ability to work under demanding timelines, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Managing multiple projects concurrently, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
