Create, edit, and format proposal drafts and other sales collateral in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy Assist with managing the proposal team s project queue including reviewing incoming project support requests, taking the lead on complex requests, clarifying details and timing related to scheduling as needed, and connecting the appropriate resource Support the proposal editing and finalization process for simple projects or during high-volume periods when required Proactively communicate with client service and proposal team members across matters including project deadlines, status updates, and other workflow questions Understand the firm s service offerings and implement quality control standards related to formatting, writing style, grammar and spelling, and brand look and feel Provide onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training to junior team members as needed Assist with updating and maintaining proposal content, including boilerplate descriptions and resumes Proactively explore and embrace technology and tools used by the proposal and sales teams Other projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor s degree Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Well-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and client-service skills Ability to effectively interact and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm, displaying good judgment High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong proofreading skills
