Job Description

Knowledge in Process Equipment used in STP/WTP/ETP Plant. • Once enquiry received from the Client then, Analyse Customer requirement to be considered in the design and collect all required input for preparing Techno-Commercial Offer. • Manage the Clarification and assumptions and Ensure information contained within is properly presented in the proposal in order to effectively bound scope and supply requirement. Ensure that the design that provided by client as per the Design standard. • Co-ordinated with client for clear their Technical Queries. • Coordinating with Purchase team regarding material current rates and availability, Because Material Avaibility will decide how many time required to complete project. • Preparation of complete proposal as per client required technical and commercial format as necessary. • Provide optimized Gearnox-Motor and other equipments selection in order to maximize machine size and energy output while minimizing levelized cost of energy. • Meeting Customer dead line of bidding submissions. • Maintain Submitted offer record and prepared other project file related documents after getting the order from the client. • Once order is recived Guide to the Project department for technical queries. • Organize and attend internal proposal review meeting. • Visit the Site if required and Clear the technical Queries of Client
