Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Salesperson based in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and promoting properties, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role requires engaging with clients to understand their specific property needs and providing tailored solutions. Qualifications Knowledge of Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) techniques Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer requirements Time management and organizational skills Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
