As an Investment Sales Specialist, you’ll work directly with our founding team, manage a high-value sales pipeline, and gain exposure to premium real estate markets across India and globally (Dubai, Singapore). Key Responsibilities: Pitch and convert high-net-worth clients into long-term investors Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead engagement to closure Offer tailored real estate investment solutions based on client goals Deliver exceptional post-sales service and relationship management Become an expert in high-ROI real estate assets across India and abroad Who Should Apply: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Graduate degree required (MBA optional) Energetic, client-focused, and results-driven personality What You Get: Fixed Salary: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹8.0 LPA + Lucrative, uncapped incentives Pre-qualified high-intent inbound leads Mentorship from experienced leaders (ex-PMO and ex-Investment Banker) Fast-track growth in Indian & global investment markets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 01/07/2025
