This role is integral for our sales function, focusing on relationship building and conversion over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers by making high-volume outbound calls each day. Share detailed project insights, guide clients in choosing suitable options, and respond to property-related queries. Provide daily feedback to the sales manager on lead progress. Manage appointment schedules for site visits, ensuring timely coordination between prospects and sales advisors. Support pre-sales and closing activities, including data management and facilitating communication between clients and different sales team members. Stay informed about property types, features, pricing structures, and regional market trends for effective conversations. Required Skills: Prior telecalling experience or customer service background, ideally in real estate. Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling techniques. Confidence, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
