Set the Zostel Vibe • Create and maintain the unique, welcoming spirit of Zostel Koramangala.Ensure the property reflects Zostel’s personality—fun, open, and full of life. 2. Guest Experience & Community Engagement • Personally engage with guests to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie.Curate experiences that go beyond a stay—think shared laughter, local adventures, and unforgettable moments. 3. Operational Management • Oversee all daily operations, from check-ins to housekeeping, with efficiency and flair.Maintain clean, cozy, and social spaces that encourage interaction and relaxation. 4. Team Leadership • Lead and inspire a team that embodies the Zostel spirit—enthusiastic, approachable, and hospitality-driven.Train team members to act not just as staff, but as hosts and community builders.Build a workplace culture that values personality, initiative, and the joy of meeting new people. 5. Local Integration & Cultural Touchpoints • Act as a bridge between travelers and Bengaluru’s rich, eclectic culture.Collaborate with local artists, musicians, and creators to deliver authentic experiences. 6. Financial & Budget Oversight • Manage budgets, track occupancy and revenue, and optimize expenses without compromising the Zostel vibe.Innovate ways to deliver high-value guest experiences while maintaining profitability. 7. Communication & Reporting • Keep Zostel HQ informed with regular performance updates, guest feedback, and operational insights.Share ideas, trends, and opportunities to keep Zostel Koramangala evolving and engaging.
