Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services. Oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of projects and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years' experience in facility management or related field (hotel management). Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, hotel operations, housekeeping, and facility maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and team members.
