Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be required to manage Guests that are already staying with us. Follow up on calls received for inquiries related to Property Bookings and reservations. Manage and supervise overall property operations including housekeeping and guest experience and interaction. Create and manage monthly, weekly reports and maintaining books of accounts on a regularly. Manage and lead a team of staff members and supervisors. Social Media Management & Sales and Marketing. Business Development Management and new property onboarding with hiring staff members. Handling overall Business operations.
