Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of assigned residential or commercial properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and handling all aspects of leasing, maintenance, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance. Advertise and market vacant properties to attract tenants. Screen and select qualified tenants based on background checks and leasing criteria. Prepare and enforce lease agreements in accordance with legal standards. Handle tenant complaints, requests, and disputes professionally and promptly. Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in good condition and comply with safety regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expenses. Ensure compliance with all property laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Maintain accurate records of rent payments, maintenance activities, and tenant communications. Requirements:Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi). Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple properties and responsibilities efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM, or a real estate license) are a plus. Work Environment:Office-based with frequent site visits. May include after-hours work or emergency calls.
