We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, financial oversight, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, financially sound, and meets the needs of tenants while adhering to all legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Management: Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Address tenant concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track rental income, handle expense reports, and ensure timely rent collection. Provide financial reports and recommendations for cost savings. Property Maintenance: Coordinate regular inspections, schedule repairs and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work closely with contractors and service providers. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes. Stay updated on industry standards and legal requirements. Vendor and Contractor Management: Hire, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, and cleaning services. Marketing and Leasing: Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Ensure optimal occupancy levels and oversee lease negotiations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Ensure property insurance is up to date. Requirements: Proven experience in property management or real estate operations. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies effectively.
