Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Lead, located in Pune. The Property Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of commercial and residential properties, ensuring high customer service standards, managing sales processes, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves administrative duties such as coordinating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and addressing tenant issues.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service
• Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Skilled in Sales
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
