Property Accountant

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Accountant at Stemmons Business Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Vadodara. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries, accounting, finance, and financial reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Other responsibilities: Prepare Monthly Financial Reports Monthly journal entry preparation and uploads Financial statement preparation, review, and analysis Bank reconciliations (research and record outstanding cash items Maintain monthly schedules for recurring journal entries (Insurance, taxes, Depreciation/Amortization) Calculate monthly accruals for contract services. Record monthly mortgage payment (interest, principal, and escrow payments) Calculate monthly expense allocations between Mall and Tower Review entries for Partners Interest. Prepare supporting schedules for financial package. Analyze balance sheet accounts. Maintain schedule of prepaid commissions. Post financial reports in Internal portal and files. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and finance Experience in preparing and analyzing journal entries. Proficiency in financial reporting Must possess M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Experience should be 3+ Years (Inclusive of Article ship) Additional qualifications that would be beneficial Previous experience in the real estate industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail
