Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Intern position located in Lucknow. The intern will assist in executing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, handling client inquiries, assisting in client onboarding, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure success in this role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Ability to participate in and leverage training sessions effectively Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus Enthusiastic and goal-oriented attitude Key Responsibilities Prospecting and lead generation Sales presentations and demonstrations Negotiation and closing Good in calling with professional communication skills Reporting And Performance Review Education Skills Minimum graduate with basic technical & computer knowledge.(preference will be given to MBA graduate) Compensation & Benefits 15k-20k per month as per the candidate skills Insurance will be provided by the company Incentive as per the performance after probation period Calling number will be provided.
