As a Content Standardization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all written content is well-written, standardized, edited, and formatted correctly. Your responsibilities will include spotting design and layout inconsistencies, implementing internal or client specified style sheets, and conducting live document standardization and spell-checks directly on designed documents in PowerPoint or PDF formats. You will utilize contemporary technology tools to enhance workflow efficiency and also train team members on the fundamentals of business writing.
