🔹 Designing prompts for multi-turn conversations
🔹 Building agent workflows across chat, SMS, WhatsApp & voice
🔹 Using function calling, memory, and context management
🔹 Testing & evaluating agent performance
🔹 Collaborating with product & dev teams to deploy AI into real business processes
✔ Strong prompt engineering skills
✔ Experience with AI chatbots / voicebots
✔ Understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, function calling
✔ Exposure to LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Zapier/n8n (good to have)
✔ Ability to translate business flows into structured logic
