Responsibility Job Title: Service Engineer (On-Roll) Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 2-5 years Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.E Mech/Production engineer/Maintenance. Key Responsibility: 1. Visiting site for installation, troubleshooting & commissioning, overhauling, site supervision and technical discussions with customers. 2.Technicals support and consultation for centrifugal pumps & various pump accessories like types of valves, mechanical seals, piping & other instrumentation etc. in power plants. 3. Knowledge of root cause/failure analysis of mechanical equipment. 4. Spares part management and inventory analysis for critical rotary equipment. 5. Need to have good understanding of Basics concepts in Physics, Electronics, Sensors and Measurement, Control Systems and Engineering Drawing 6. Understanding customer's technical requirements and selecting a Product or Service suitable for that. 7. Co-ordination with Customer as well as the internal departments in execution of work Facilitating various Processes 8. Drawing Approvals, Order amendments, Inspection, Dispatch clearances and other co-ordination work post Sales. 9. Attending customer issues or grievances related to the execution of Service or Project Orders. 10. Should develop customer contacts; identify service & spares requirement and development. 11. Technical support to all internal departments on all the Products. Specific Skill Required 1. Good communication skills, written. oral, time management skills, Smart Personality. 2. Organization skills and a methodical approach to work. 3. Ability to remain calm and productive in high pressure environment. 4.
