As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring store profitability. You will lead the sales floor, drive store results through the store team, and focus on the financial growth of the store year over year. Your role will involve creating emotionally engaging customer experiences consistent with the brand vision and effectively communicating promotional events and latest offers to customers in a creative manner. Additionally, you will be expected to role model, coach, and develop best-in-class selling behavior in the store team. Setting visual merchandising expectations to brand standards, you will ensure brand consistency to enhance the customer experience and maximize overall business results. It will be crucial for you to ensure that store operations are executed with excellence and develop the product knowledge of store staff to enable high-performance selling. You will play a key role in influencing and inspiring associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling and productivity results. Furthermore, you will be accountable for onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations, and succession planning of direct reports. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
