We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise across core ServiceNow ITSM modules and must be capable of delivering high-quality configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development & Configuration Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge , CMDB. Build and configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, Flows, Workflows, SLAs, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules . Develop custom Scoped Apps , IntegrationHub flows, and automation solutions. Configure Service Portal widgets, pages, and client-side/back-end scripts. Integrations Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, SSO, OAuth, Webhooks . Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data flow. Platform Enhancements & Support Perform upgrades, apply patches, resolve platform issues. Ensure platform stability, performance, and best practices. Work closely with ITSM process owners to implement improvements. Documentation & Collaboration Prepare documentation for technical designs, configurations, and deployments. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB). Proficiency in: JavaScript (server & client side) Flow Designer and Workflow Editor Service Portal Development UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules Catalog Items and Request Fulfillment Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via APIs . Strong understanding of ITIL concepts. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred / Good to Have ServiceNow CSA , CAD , or CIS-ITSM certifications. Experience with Performance Analytics , Discovery , IntegrationsHub , or CMDB enhancements. Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules. Experience working with international clients (US/UK/APAC).
