We are looking for a Projects Civil Support Head to lead the Project Civil Execution Function, ensuring successful completion within budget, quality, and timelines. Lead all civil-related procurement and vendor coordination activities. 2. Constantly monitor the progress and take corrective actions to ensure project execution is on the desired track. 3. Support the project team by doing all civil-related documentation work as per SOP. 4. Prepare BOQs from civil general arrangement drawings, assign civil resources to WBS components, and adjust manpower and resources to reduce cost/schedule. 5. Ability to cross-check the BOQs and make estimates 6. Preparing and tracking the project schedule's status, including closing critical issues. 7. Preparing the tender / Enquiry document. Technical comparison. Checking the drawings. Coordinating with the designer. Quality checking at the site. Resource planning. 8. Reviewing compliances. 9. Planning the budget and estimating the cost for the projects. Requirements 1. An experience of 8+ years. 2. A degree in B. Tech/BE (Civil). 3. Understanding of SAP, TPM, ISO, and OSHAS. 4. Ability to negotiate. 5. Should have experience in Preparing the BOQ/BOM. 6. Able to use SAP /ERP and other day-to-day software 7. Able to use Project Planning tools like MS Projects, MS XLS 8. A Basic understanding of Risk and Safety Management concepts.
