LiveCompare Test Lead

Job Description: Live Compare Test Lead

Experience Required: 12+ Years of overall IT experience, with 4–6+ Years in Tricentis Live Compare

Must Have Skills:

• Overall 12+ years’ experience in SAP testing with strong expertise in Tricentis LiveCompare.

• Experience in setting up and managing AI-driven impact analysis using Tricentis LiveCompare.

• Install, configure, customize, and architect LiveCompare across SAP environments.

• Experience in defining the best practices for LiveCompare deployment and integration.

• Analyze SAP transport, custom code, and configuration changes and identify impacted processes.

• Expertise in identifying relevant test cases through risk-based testing scope to optimize regression testing.

• Experience in prioritizing test scenarios to reduce regression scope and improve risk coverage.

• Expertise in effective test scope definition and execution.

• Generate and maintain test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on expertise in Tricentis LiveCompare setup, configuration, and administration.

• Proven experience in impact analysis, risk-based testing, and regression optimization.

• Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, transport, custom code analysis, and configuration management.

• Ability to define governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise test management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior test engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to other Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest) is a plus.

• Experience in CI/CD integration with SAP testing tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality engineering and risk coverage.
