Job Description

ARAI is looking for Meshing and Analysis engineer in Durability domain .
The candidate should be B.E. Mechanical/Automotive Engineer/B. Tech from reputed University with minimum First Class with good record of academic career.
Candidate should possess relevant experience of 5+ years in the area vehicle level/sub-system level durability simulation and should possess good communication skills.
Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description

Having 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hyper-works and non-linear analysis using Hypermesh and Abaqus
Model verifications for given element quality criteria
Linear/non-linear material and thickness assignment
Bolt, weld, spots connection creations
Experience in building full vehicle FE model for durability analysis. Lead and support FEA projects using Hyper-Mesh for Abaqus profile (Durability analysis)
Assignment of non-linear material properties, contact definition, bolt pre-tensions and FE model debug in Abaqus
Perform sub-assembly and vehicle level non-linear analysis for durability load cases
Postprocessing, analysis results interpretation and provide appropriate design recommendations is preferred
Preparation of technical documentation and reports.

Skills:

Ability to lead and guide simulation team
Software Skills-Hypermesh, ABAQUS, Exposure to fatigue simulation tool is preferred
