Guest Outreach Manager – Project Shivang About the Role Project Shivang, India’s clarity podcast, is on a mission to bring raw, real, and powerful conversations to the youth. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Outreach Manager who can handle the end-to-end process of securing and coordinating podcast guests. This role is not just about booking guests – it’s about building long-term relationships, aligning voices with our movement, and ensuring every guest has a seamless, professional, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and build a strong pipeline of potential podcast guests – thought leaders, entrepreneurs, psychologists, creators, and changemakers aligned with Project Shivang’s themes. Craft sharp, respectful, and purpose-driven outreach messages that reflect the seriousness and authenticity of Project Shivang. Manage all guest communications: outreach, confirmations, scheduling, and reminders. Prepare and share guest briefing documents, including podcast format, technical setup, and possible conversation angles. Act as the primary point of contact for all podcast guests, ensuring their experience is smooth from first contact to post-episode promotion. Collaborate with the host and production team to align guest profiles with our content strategy. Maintain an organized CRM/guest database to track conversations, status, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with guests for cross-promotion of their episodes on social media and professional platforms. Track and report outreach success, guest engagement, and feedback to improve the process continuously. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, PR, or related field (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in guest relations, outreach, PR, or podcast/media management. Experience in handling professionals, influencers, or high-profile guests. Strong written and verbal communication skills; networking comes naturally to you. Familiarity with podcasting platforms, scheduling tools, and digital communication. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering seamless guest experiences. Ability to represent Project Shivang’s vision with seriousness, clarity, and respect.
