Job Description

1. Sales Revenue and Target Achievement: - Drive sales to meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). - Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure revenue objectives are achieved. 2. Influencer Engagement and Market Development: - Plan and execute engagement activities for key influencers, including PMCs, plumbing consultants, contractors, and decision-makers. - Develop strong relationships with government department officials and empaneled government contractors. 3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: - Identify and acquire new clients while expanding the existing customer base. - Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong client relationships. 4. Market Strategy and Business Development: - Formulate macro and micro-level market strategies tailored to the West Zone and product portfolio. - Facilitate market development and business growth while enhancing the company's brand visibility in the assigned region. 5. Government Tender Expertise: - Leverage proficiency in handling government tenders, particularly through the GeM portal, to secure projects. 6. Market Research and Intelligence: - Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and trends. - Use business intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making. 7. Lead Management and Sales Funnel: - Utilize expertise in lead management and prospect funnel tracking to ensure efficient sales operations. 8. Coordination with Internal Departments: - Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and accounts departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 9. Team Leadership and Mentorship: - Guide and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals.
