The role requires strong communication skills and market knowledge to expand the customer base and enhance sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to strengthen relationships and drive sales. Identify and engage with new construction sites to generate business opportunities. Develop retail-to-retail sales channels for improved market penetration. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback for strategy development. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
