The role involves planning and executing initiatives related to Editorial and Content Development, overseeing operational program management, and developing new project tools to enhance team support. The ideal candidate will manage multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring success through effective stakeholder partnership and continuous improvement of project standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute Editorial and Content Development projects. Oversee operational program management for Editorial teams, ensuring project standards and success. Develop and implement new project tools and templates for team support. Proactively manage stakeholder relationships to increase customer satisfaction. Track, report, and problem-solve on key project metrics to ensure project success. Must-Have Skills Strong English communication. Exceptional organization and adaptability. Proficient in Google Workplace, Microsoft 365, and project management applications like Airtable and Jira. Industry Experience: Experience in non-technical project/program management, preferably with a background in Editorial and Content Development.
