Salary - 16 to 25 LPA

Experience: 9–12 Years

Education: Any UG/PG

Work Timing: 830am–630pm/ Monday - Saturday

Compensation: Inclusive of TA/DA; statutory deductions (PF) applicable

Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and technically sound Project Manager with an entrepreneurial

mindset to lead and mentor innovation-driven projects focused on student startups and academic

leadership. The PjM will drive end-to-end project/product development with student teams and coach

departmental HoDs in project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

● Student Startup Incubation:

Lead the full lifecycle of product/project development for a minimum of 2 student groups,

each aiming to build independent startups.

● Faculty Leadership/Mentorship:

Lead & Mentor 5 Department HoDs in project management methodologies, enabling them

to independently guide their respective student startup teams.

● Project Execution & Delivery:

Define scope, roadmap, and success metrics. Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time

and within scope.

● Leadership & Communication:

Provide clear direction to student teams and faculty. Foster collaboration across

cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely updates and transparent communication.

● Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and

performance metrics.

● Quality & Risk Management:

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards. Identify risks early and implement mitigation

strategies effectively.

Technical Expertise:

● Hands-on experience in Project Management and Design Thinking

● Strong grasp of technical areas:

○ Programming: Java, Python, MERN/MEAN Stack

○ Tools & Platforms: Git, DevOps, Low Code tools

(Figma/Bubble/Framer/FlutterFlow)

○ Foundational Knowledge: Data Structures, Algorithms, APIs

○ Exposure to Cloud, Testing, Security, AI/LLM/Data Science, Automation (BPM)

Certifications:

● Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CAPM, Prince2, PMI-ACP) are a strong

plus

Methodologies:

● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall

● Strong understanding of SDLC and user-centered design principles

Soft Skills:

● Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
