Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bikaner, for a Project Manager in Solar EPC for a Land-based 100MW project. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timelines. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising contractors/vendors, ensuring efficient logistics management, and conducting inspections. The role also involves resolving project challenges, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to objectives in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality standards for equipment and project execution.
• Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordinating the transportation and delivery of project materials.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required, with experience in managing solar or large-scale energy projects being a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of solar EPC processes and safety regulations is a plus.
