JD: Mid-Level Scrum Master/Project Manager hybrid role 5 years of experience in Project Management Experience with agile/Jira Responsible for breaking down work, managing backlog, coordinating dependencies, and completing projects according to provided requirements Roles and Responsibilities Lead Agile projects using Scrum framework, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication among team members. Identify and mitigate risks proactively by working closely with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
