Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering at our company, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our irrigation projects. Your role will involve managing project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple complex irrigation projects, coordinating efforts across diverse teams for timely and within-budget delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of project goals. - Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. - Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet established standards and specifications. - Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints. - Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and safety protocols. - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS-Office. Key Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering domain, preferably in the irrigation sector. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree in Project Management or similar is advantageous. - Experience working in a hybrid work environment, coordinating between office settings and on-site project locations.
