Job Title: Project Manager – Web Development & WhatsApp Marketing Location: Churchgate (on-site) Pay Scale : 30,000 to 40,000 About the Role We're on the lookout for a Project Manager who can drive web development projects and WhatsApp marketing initiatives with precision, creativity, and ownership. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution — perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen and keeping all moving parts aligned. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end web development projects — from briefing to deployment Liaise between internal teams and developers to ensure clarity, timelines, and quality control Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies and campaign flows Monitor project milestones, flag blockers, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting Conduct quality checks across web deliverables to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and user experience Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and collaboration Requirements You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience managing digital or web-based projects Are familiar with basic web development concepts (you don’t need to code, but you should speak the language) Have experience or understanding of WhatsApp Business/Marketing tools and customer communication flows Are a natural communicator — clear, proactive, and collaborative Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and can juggle multiple projects Have a keen eye for detail and take ownership from start to finish Are driven by why something needs to be done, not just what needs to be done Bonus Points If You: Have worked in a creative or branding agency setup Are familiar with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc. Have basic knowledge of analytics or performance tracking tools Benefits Complete your 8.5 hours at your convenience Paid Menstrual Leave - We provide paid leave during menstrual cycles, ensuring your health and comfort are prioritised when it's needed most.
