PROJECT MANAGER - TECHNICAL TRAINING

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Project Manager for the Technical Training department at Chennai location. You will be reporting to the Program Manager and will be responsible for various tasks related to project and operation management, monitoring and reporting, information and systems management, special projects, and security responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate disease knowledge and technical expertise on data entry platforms and electronic medical record systems - Oversee day to day training tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with completion and accuracy - Create and maintain training projections and timelines with guidance from senior staff - Coordinate on-boarding of new hires and communicate any delays or issues to management teams - Identify issues, trends, and make suggestions to improve operational processes - Validate and provide training reports regularly, monitor training tracking, and escalate issues as needed - Coordinate with client/sponsor and internal teams to ensure appropriate systems access - Develop SOPs, maintain administrative documents, and create project specific tools - Take leadership role with non-project specific client communication and lead client specific initiatives - Maintain disease specific training library, deploy resources to train new team members, and create interview tests for various positions Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of experience in handling large teams, preferably in CDM or US Healthcare companies - Graduate or Post Graduate in Medicos: BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD - Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with individuals of varying levels, strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail, outstanding written and verbal skills, ability to solve problems independently and work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams,
