Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, and a proven track record of successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Supervise and mentor on-site teams, including superintendents, foremen, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, budget status, and any deviations from the plan.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Manage contract administration and negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Must be able to travel to job sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
