Our Members' Hub is a key resource for our franchise network, designed to empower our brands with up-to-date content, tools, and resources. We are seeking a dedicated Members Hub Executive to manage and enhance this platform, ensuring it remains user-friendly, content-rich, and tailored to support each brand effectively. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the migration from legacy systems to the new Members Hub. Enhance the platform by introducing additional tools and resources, such as video tutorials. Launch and manage services offerings with integrated payment facilities. Collaborate with brand managers to curate and improve content tailored to each brand. Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to improve platform functionality and user experience. Provide training materials to staff and franchisees to maximise platform utilisation. Deliverables Complete the migration away from the legacy dashboard by the end of Q2. Enhance the Members’ Hub with new tools and resources. Successfully launch managed services offerings with payment integration. Implement tracking analytics to monitor usage patterns and user engagement.
