We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee various heritage restoration, conservation and repairing projects. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, problem solver, and team leader, capable of driving projects from inception to successful completion. As a Civil Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional civil solutions and contributing to our company's continued growth and success. Responsibilities: Manage and lead projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies. Implement and maintain effective project management processes, including scheduling, risk assessment, and progress tracking. Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to clients, team members, and senior management. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and materials. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and mentor project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project goals. Participating in regular meetings with the client. Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, change orders, and other project-related records. Candidate have an experience from High Building with Mivan Shuttering (Compulsory)
