Job Description

MS Residential , commercial MS buildings HT / LT Eelctrical works execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify risks and create mitigation plans. Execution and Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams to execute project activities according to the plan. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure adherence to quality standards and address any issues that arise. Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits. Allocate resources effectively and ensure the team is adequately supported. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and minutes. Present project progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned into future projects to optimize efficiency and success.
