SOTI is committed to providing its employees with endless possibilities; learning new things, working with the latest technologies and making a difference in the world.What You’ll DoCollaborate with experienced project managers, software developers, and specialists to successfully deliver large-scale technological projectsCreate project deliverables and define the level of quality, timelines, resources, and budgetIdentify key project team members, roles, and organizational structure to ensure team members are aligned and project expectations are definedTrack project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor project progressEnsure projects plans are updated by communicating with stakeholders and incorporating changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesAnalyze project interdependencies, identify project risks and establish a mitigation planDevelop project management artifacts while complying with enterprise policies and proceduresProactively create a mitigation plan for risks and ensure the escalation of unresolved risksNegotiate priorities across multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirementsStay on top of new industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices to influence the success of programs and initiativesExperience You’ll Bring3-5 years of experience working as a Release / Project Manager in R&D and/or Enterprise Software Product DevelopmentPMP / PMI-ACP / Lean Certification or similar industry certificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related fieldDemonstrated experience of minimum 1-2 years working in change management/risk management/process managementDemonstrated experience in working with enterprise mobility solutions and technical software projectsExperience in agile software development methodology and in-depth understanding of software development and product life cycleProficient in project management methodologies and JIRAExperienced in handling large-scale interdependent technological projects, using a variety of tools such as release dashboards, metrics, and pivot tablesAbility to comprehend complex technological challengesStrong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to express complex processes in simple terms to both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing conflicts and working with a cross-functional teamExperience in Scaled Agile Framework will be considered an assetIf you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.Please note that SOTI does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
